Rencently Pizza Hut changed their pizzas so that the thick one, pan, comes with dipping sauce for the crust and costs $1 extra. Why don&#039;t they tell people this when they order? Generally if I&#039;m ordering something I&#039;ll assume that they&#039;re offering me the standard thing, not the one that costs extra... bad assumption I guess. I know I&#039;m stingy being annoyed about $1 or 2 if you get 2 pizzas, but it&#039;s Pizza Hut - hardly great quality.</description>

And no, I don&#039;t think you were out of line by being upset. Honestly, if they don&#039;t tell you up front, it&#039;s not right. Especially if he was going to have to make changes. Changes = notify first, IMHO.</description>
